BY CHECKING YES, YOU AGREE TO THE FORÊT TERMS AND AGREEMENTS Retail Partner Requirements FORÊT Customer Terms and Conditions As a business or person(s) Who choose to work with Forêt you agree to honor and price as our suggested retail prices. Selling or reselling Forêt products to anyone other than the end user is prohibited. Forêt prohibits retailers from knowingly diverting its products to all non-authorized resellers. IF a retailer is found to be diverting products, the retail partner will lose the right to purchase orders in the future from Forêt and could face financial penalty, and be liable for legal fees incurred in result to necessary investigation, also all costs in relation to the products being removed from unauthorized sale. This includes shipping back to Forêt , distruction costs, etc. Retailers of Forêt are not allowed to market, sell, or make products available directly or indirectly on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, or Ebay. If products sold to a retail partner are found to be available in these sites, the partner relinquishes the right to purchase in the future. Retailers agree to adhere to Forêt ‘s brand standards and are in no way to manipulate them. Forêt Must pre-approve all e-commerce images and copy for retail websites. Damages and Short Shipments If an order is damaged during shipment is delivered with missing items, please take a photograph of the shipment/shipping box as you have received it. Please email your photos to saltoftheforet@gmail.com including the order number, UPC code number written on the subject line. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns All returns must be authorized by Forêt. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and not be credited. Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed promptly. Handling Fees Orders may be subject to additional handling fees. Wholesale orders of 12 Bottles minimum will be responsible for $20 shipping and handling fees. Any requests for changes to orders after they have been processes will incur the $20 handling fee. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
